FAQs

What is a LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow)?
The LUTCF designation combines essential product knowledge with the skills financial professionals must have to advise individuals and businesses effectively on their insurance and planning needs. A key to the program is ethical selling practices, and Ethics for the Financial Services Professional is required for every designee. LUTCF candidates must complete six courses, one required and five elective. The required course is Ethics for the Financial Services Professional. Skills-based training includes how to best meet client needs and the basics of estate planning, retirement planning, and investment planning.
What is your fee structure?
At Eagles’ Club, our asset management compensation is 100% transparent, so you know exactly what we make. We charge a competitive asset under management (AUM) annual fee that is computed on the value of your managed assets. Corporate and personal plan design is charged at an hourly rate, or by project. A separate fee applies for plan review. Plan design fees range from $1,500-$25,000 based on plan complexity. Insurance products, by their nature, will involve commissions.
Do you have a minimum account size?
While we do not have a minimum account size, our services are best suited for clients with investable assets in excess of $1,000,000.
How do I know my money is safe?
Our firm works directly with independent third party custodians. We provide 24/7 access and visibility to your accounts via our online client portal.
I consider myself to be financially savvy. Do I need a financial advisor?
No matter how successful you may be in your own specialty, even the most skilled professionals often lack the expertise and insight required to manage the complex financial planning that comes hand in hand with high net worth. Our advisors strive to add value by helping you develop a customized, flexible strategy, implement that strategy, and then we monitor and adjust the plan when changes are appropriate. Our advisors knowledge and accountability  can help you take the necessary actions to pursue your goals.
Can I use just one of your services?
Our advisors offer strategies to affluent individuals and families and principals of midsize corporations, using a highly customized and consultative approach. We believe, taking a comprehensive approach to each client's investment portfolios, financial planning, and risk management is the best path to pursuing this goal. While the majority of our clients seek our integrated services, when appropriate, advisors also provide advisory services.
